They are for dirt bikes. Should be able to find them on ebay. Just search FX Graphics...
My uncle gave them to me and they look great and serve their purpose well. If I go to rocky stuff I put a section of thick rubber hose around my downtube to prevent dents. 
A trials bike with no front brakes at all? Yea that makes sense...
Need some details on the parts if you are going to sell it man. 
You say it comes with V-brakes. In the pic it has HS33 rear and disc front. Did you take them off and have V-brakes for it? About Us
